Ice cubes can help to reduce inflammation and constrict blood vessels, which can help reduce the appearance of pimples. Wrap an ice cube in a cloth and hold it on the pimple for 1-2 minutes.
Just remember never apply ice directly to your skin without a cloth that can cause irritation or even mild burns. Always wrap it in a cloth.
2. Aloe Vera— The Skin Soother
Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties that can help reduce redness and soothe irritated skin. You can use it at home by cutting an aloe vera leaf, getting the gel from inside and applying it directly to the affected area.
